1. Order Processing Time

Fast Dispatch: All orders are processed and shipped either the same day or the next business day.

Orders placed on Sundays or National Holidays will be dispatched on the following working day.
2. Shipping Partners & Coverage
We proudly use and support India Post for all our deliveries.

This allows us to offer reliable shipping to almost every PIN code in India, from major metros to the most remote locations.

Once your order is handed over to India Post, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your package's journey.

While we ship your order immediately, the final delivery time depends on India Post’s logistics:

5. Packaging & Handling
Our Reed Diffusers contain glass and liquids. We use eco-friendly, secure padding to prevent breakage. If you notice any external damage to the parcel upon delivery, please document it before opening so we can assist you quickly.
